Piggy Bank with Wings
For the 2026 D&AD New Blood Awards, Wise asked us to find a way to persuade parents of 15-17 year olds that the Wise Young Explorer Card is the perfect gift for their travelling teens.
I realised early on that the value wasn’t economic but personal. The idea needed to speak to the parents’ concern for safety over cool features.
The insight for this campaign was that parents will trust new digital technology more when it’s portrayed as a physical tool.
The Piggy Bank with Wings aims to convey safety and familiarity, all while being iconic.
